Ugh...I'm stuck in a rut

Well I reached my first week of maintaining and not losing any weight. Ugh....how annoying! Don't get me wrong, I'm thrilled that I didn't gain anything, but am irritated that I didn't lose anything either. Not quite sure why, would like to think it was because I switched back the FIRMing instead of waling as I want to continue losing more inches. But I know that the body and the way that it loses weight can greatly fluctuate in the way it loses weight.

I know that I should be thrilled that this is the first lull that I have experienced, and I am thankful that I have lost weight each week for the last few months. I just don't like not losing weight when I have continued to eat within my calorie range and continued exercising. It annoys me not to have an real reason why I didn't lose. That's the control freak part of me I guess. Annoys me but I know that I can't control this process and that I have to let it come off naturally and will experience ups and downs and obvious lulls. Just wish I could be rewarded every week with a slight loss to keep me going.
