Tomorrow it begins...

I am starting the Fat Smash eating plan tomorrow. Have to admit, I am a little nervous about how satisfied I will be during the first phase that doesn't include meats. It's only 9 days and I can eat bean and other sources of protein, like dairy. But thinking it will shock my system a bit since I have mostly been eating meat and veggies for the past few months.

Got everything ready and packed for breakfast and lunch tomorrow..let's do this!
